BUDDIES
Bulldog Buddies is a group of sixth, seventh, and
eighth grade students selected to serve as important entities in the transition
of new students enrolling in our school, assisting adults and others who visit
our school, helping with extra-curricular activities and much more. These
students are chosen for their good school citizenship and good academic
standing. A Bulldog Buddy is a representative of Jonesville Middle School and
should be a good role model for his/her peers.

Family Career and Community Leaders of America,
formerly known as FHA, Future Homemakers of America, is a new organization at
JMS.

FFA
-- FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA
The FFA is a national organization
for students in agriculture classes. The FFA mission is to develop students'
potential for personal growth, career success and premier leadership. The
students begin developing leadership skills that will be useful no matter what
career they pursue.

CLUB
The mission of 4-H is to assist
youth, and adults working with those youth, to gain additional knowledge, life
skills, and attitudes that will further their development as self-directing,
contributing, and productive members of society.

JUNIOR BETA CLUB
The purpose of the National Junior Beta Club shall be to
promote the ideals of character, service, and leadership among elementary and
secondary school students; to reward meritorious achievement; and to encourage
and assist students in continuing their education after high school.

JMS
YEARBOOK STAFF
The JMS Yearbook Staff's duties consist of helping
photographers with school pictures, taking candid pictures of their classmates,
and collecting yearbook orders and monies. Some upper grade students
assist in actual yearbook design and page layout. The JMS Yearbook Staff
changes yearly as does the theme for each year's book.
