Special Education
Ms. Paula Barton received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from The University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in June 1994. She received her conditional license to teach Special Education in the summer of 2007. She will have a triple endorsement for Special Education and fully licensed in the summer of 2009. She began her teaching career in August 2008 at Rose Hill Elementary. She has taught Special Education now for going on 2 years at Rose Hill Elementary.

Special Education
Mrs. Melisa Langley attended Union College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Pre K and Elementary Education. She attended the University of VA at Wise and received her certification for Special Education. She began her teaching career at Rose Hill Elementary in 1999 and is currently teaching self-contained Special Education.
