Upon the completion of 500 hours each student enrolled in cosmetology II will be eligible to enroll in cosmetology II. Upon the completion of cosmetology II each student will be presented as a candidate do the state board of cosmetology. You must pass the state board exam in order to receive your license to practice in the state of Virginia.
