▸ Requests for delegations shall be submitted to the Chairman
via the Lee County School Board Office three (3) working
days prior to the meeting date;
▸ Chairman may waive the three (3) day rule at his discretion;
▸ Delegations shall be limited to five (5) minutes; and,
▸ Due to possible liability and confidentiality issues,
speakers/delegations may not mention students, employees, or individuals
by name in open session except for introduction purposes.
