The Lee County School Board is committed
to a policy of non-discrimination with regard to race, color, sex,

This attitude will prevail in all of its policies concerning staff,
students, educational programs and services, individuals, and
entities with whom the Board does business.
The following positions have been
designated to handle inquiries regarding non-discrimination policies
for Lee County Public Schools.

Compliance Officer responsible for identifying, investigation,
preventing, and remedying prohibited discrimination. Complaints of
