Evergreen Job Assement Tool for Pay and Classification Study:

The Job Assessment Tool(Jat) is designed to gather information about each job. The JAT is critical to the Pay and Classification Study for the Lee County Public Schools. JATS are used to:

1.  Determine how work is organized.
2. Determine whether the organization is paying competively and fairly.
3. Recommend appropriate pay levels and ranges.
4. Design a new system that is fair and equitable.
