Steps for
Enrollment of Child in the Lee County Head Start Program
Contact the Lee County Head Start
Office at 276-346-1389 to schedule an appointment.
Have your child's social security
number, birth certicate, immunization record, and your proof of income
available.
After your child's application
process has been completed and upon acceptance into the Lee County Head Start
Program your Family Service Provider will contact you.
Upon acceptance into the program and
prior to school opening, your child must have a physical examination.
Additionally, your child will need a dental within 45 days of enrollment in the
program. Ask your Family Service Provider if you need assistance with a
physical or dental.
